Biljana Kanevche

Two lonely images built with the same logic i.e. being stripped off their context and meaning, meet on a stage. The first layer of this meeting is the visual, rather compositional setup within the installation itself and then the second layer is the sound,  the actual story or content of their meeting.They are characters of a music play or sound performance. It is an experience of the decontextualized symbols getting to know each other in a new context and gaining new identity, meaning and history.
